Hoje visitámos o Museu Reina Sofia em Madrid.
Localizado numa praça perto da Atocha, este museu contém alguma das obras mais importantes de artistas espanhóis muito conhecidos como Picasso, Dalí e Miró.
O preço para entrar são 6€ mas aos Domingos por exemplo é gratuito tendo um horário mais reduzido fechando ás 19h. Faz parte de um conhecido triângulo de museus que inclui o Prado e o Thyssen, todos junto ao Paseo del Prado.
Um elevador leva-nos até ao piso onde estão várias salas com a sua vasta colecção de quadros, dele conseguimos ver a fachada da estação da Atocha.

The admission fee is 6€ and on Sundays it's free for example having a shorter time until 19h. It is part of a famous museum triangle that includes Prado and the Thyssen, all of them near the Paseo del Prado.
An elevator takes us to the floor where several rooms have a vast collection of paintings, from it we could see the front of the Atocha station.

Sem dúvida que a principal atracção do Museu é a obra Guernica de Pablo Ruiz Picasso, pintada para a Exposição Universal de París de 1937, é um quadro sobre a violência da Guerra Civil de Espanha e tem uma sala só para ele.
Nos jardins do edificio estão algumas esculturas de Joan Miró cedidas pela sua mulher.
Uma manhã pode ser apertada para ver todas as colecções com a devida atenção, sem dúvida que há muito para explorar neste museu.
