After the diving, the playing in the sand and sun bathing, the stomach began to beg for food and there are a half-dozen restaurants on Passeig Mar glued to the Tamariu beach. We chose the Royal, in reality all had a lot of people and had a similar menú it was a matter of discover the specialty of each.
We ordered dishes to snack and share: Clams cooked in garlic and olive oil also with white wine, fried cuttlefish, goat cheese salad with walnuts, carpaccio of cod with tomato and bread. The food was great, just the carpaccio could be more thinly. The clams were excellent with the wine which gave us the idea to use when cook it at home, these were the best we ate in Costa Brava.
There was no room for dessert. We paid € 18 per person which is not very cheap for tapas but was in line with prices in the área.
