Then they began bringing dishes from the menu first it was foie gras with chutney as I am not the biggest fan of Foie Gras it was not my favorite dish. The next one was the fish, with a sea bass with vegetables and Hollandaise sauce, which was very good and turned out to be the favorite of the night.
Following the lemon sorbet, we ate a roast pork loin with Pedro Ximenez reduction, roasted potatoes and plum sauce it was good maybe a little dry.
For dessert we ate a chocolate fondant which was also good but I felt it lacked of a scoop of ice cream. We left very satisfied with our meal here and I think if go back to Prague I would repeat it, maybe do a cooking course here.
