In addition to the Praia da Poça (see post here), the Azarujinha was the other beach of my childhood and adolescence, first summer love and a big fall fram the sidewalkwhen I was younger. That's why it is a special place, a beach that every day I see smaller and with less sand, with less familiar faces as it was at that time that before extending the towel had already given kisses half of those who were there.

It never was really big and in its days of a higher turnout people would lay on the rocks, others in the solarium in front of the cafe and I think today is so. I also had a small pool made among the rocks where I got to give a good dives, I believe it still exists but the last time I visited the beach it was covered by sea water. Once there was a restaurant working here but it is interesting that it was never very famous, served just those that were bathing there. It has bathrooms, but these are still open to the public and one of its features are the stairs that give access to the beach or to the luxurious villas built there.
