Foi uma das coisas que gostámos em Estrasburgo, as pequenas praças com charme e as ruas estreitas ladeadas por edificios de arquitectura típica da Alsácia. A Place du Marche aux Cochons de Lait, é um desses exemplos, pequena mas cheia de encanto.
It was one of the things we liked in Strasbourg, small squares with charm and narrow streets lined with buildings of architecture typical of Alsace. The Place du Marche aux Cochons de Lait, is one such example, small but full of charm.
Translating the name of the square is not the most elegant since it would be something like the Market Square of Piglets and animated by several restaurants with outdoor seating among them Ortenberg and Munsterstuewel. The oldest building in the square dates from the sixteenth century.
Traduzindo o nome da praça não é dos mais elegantes já que seria qualquer coisa como a Praça do Mercado dos Leitões e animada por vários restaurantes com esplanada entre eles o Ortenberg e o Munsterstuewel. O edificio mais antigo da praça data do século XVI.
