We didn't regret it, the neighborhood is very friendly and Rue de Rennes had enough coffee houses to have breakfast without paying extra in this hotel. Inside it seemed the typical Paris hotel but simple, without great luxuries and it was not very big. Our room was not very large but it was comfortable. Truth be told, we spent very little time in the hotel. The price was 100€ per night plus 2€ of extra rates, not particularly cheap but we felt when we were looking for one that this was the best price / quality.

It had a street near a pay parking where we left the car, was not very expensive because some days were free. In addition in about 300 meters there was Vélib post which allowed us to bike everywhere.
