Procurávamos por toda a Roma os bons gelados italianos aos preços da chuva como tínhamos encontrado em Veneza e Verona. Comemos num desses que nos parecia encaixar no perfil, um pequeno café com um balcão cheio de deliciosos sabores e que não tem muito mais senão isso. Foi uma desilusão e estábamos a desistir de encontrar bons gelados em Roma até que chegámos ao Gelato by Origini.
We looked all over Rome for the good Italian ice cream at cheap prices like we found in Venice and Verona. We ate one of those who seemed to fit the profile,in a small cafe with a counter full of delicious flavors and do not have much more than that. It was disappointment and we were about to give up trying to find good icrecream in Rome when we found Gelato by Origini.

Encontrámo-la a caminho do nosso hotel na Via del Pié di Marmo, tinha muito bom aspecto. Mas começaram logo a marcar pontos quando nos ofereceram vários sabores a provar, depois um turista sentado dizia-me baixinho para provar poucos senão ia querer todos.
Pedimos os nossos sabores, um deles foi morango, é assim que vejo a diferença entre gelatarias, nos sabores mais simples, se os fazem bem os outros entao serão muito bons. Estavam deliciosos, os preços eram razoáveis (pelos vistos nao vamos encontrar 2 bolas a 2€) e as fotografias das estrelas que tinham visitado o espaço davam-lhe ainda mais credibilidade, não haverão muitas onde eu posso dizer que estive e também lá esteve a Jennifer Lopez ou o Tom Cruise.

We found it on the way to our hotel on Via del Pie di Marmo, it looked very good. As soon as we got in began to score points when they offered various flavors to taste, then a tourist sitting there quietly told me just to taste a few otherwise I would want to eat all.
We asked our flavors, Strawberry was one of them, that's how I see the difference between ice cream shops, the simplest flavors, if they do well then the others will be very good. They were delicious, the prices were reasonable (apparently we are not going to find a 2 flavors ice cream for 2€) and the photos of the stars who visited the store gave it even more credibility, there aren't many places like this where I can say I've been and also Jennifer Lopez and Tom Cruise.
