We were walking in Oviedo when we decided to go have dinner in Gijón, that easy! Difficult was to choose the same place to eat.
Before parking we went through some busy streets with people across the narrow streets with a few bars, we thought immediately that this was where we had to go to dinner. We were not mistaken it's in fact a very good area to choose a place to eat with the only problem that everything was full. At our second try we were able to get a seat in the Casa Baizan at number 3 Linares Rivas Street.

The first time we got in and were told they had no table, we saw that it was a couple who ran the restaurant with one employee later we discovered that they are named Julio and Flor. Actually we went to snack, stayed in the street because there was no table inside and ordered a big dish of "embutidos" (a variety of local sausages) and other local cheeses, and we were full.
It was Julio himself who brought us the dishes getting into conversation, Flor was in the area of the grill that is another of the house specialties.
I really liked it and would return for dinner because it had a reasonable price.
