For those who work in the area of the El Monte Boadilla, El Buey is no stranger. When you can give yourself the luxury of eating well without much care of how much you're going to pay this is the place that you can choose. Not that it is very expensive but is certainly not cheap.
As the name implies, beef is their specialty and that's why we went.

The room is cozy and with a careful look, it's excellent for children and indeed we saw many families eating there. Not exactly the place of fashion, in is one of those that you go from time to time with the family because you know it well and the food quality which I am told is constant.
As soon as we sat down they brought bread, olive oil and cheese (very good by the way). Then to start we ordered a "bonito" (skipjack tuna) salad that was pretty great and well seasoned. Also we tasted the famous "Huevos rotos" (fried eggs which then opened the yolk part to spread the potatoes) on a bed of ham they were also good, I imagine it will be difficult to miss this dish.
Even after all of that we had the courage to even ask for a "entrecote of buey" (grilled sirloin) and dessert, a slice of cheesecake. We paid an average of € 25 per person (without wine) counting the kid but we ate well.
