Dizem que em equipa vencedora não se mexe por isso quando fomos passear a Pedraza não quisémos arriscar e voltámos a comer no El Soportal. Não é seguramente o melhor restaurante desta vila medieval que tem uma excelente oferta para a sua dimensão, mas na realidade não queríamos gastar muito dinheiro e sabemos que grande parte são caros.
Este tem um menú de degustação de 27€ por pessoa que inclui bebida e sobremesa.
They say you don't change a winning team so when we went to Pedraza we did not want to risk it and we returned to eat at El Soportal. There is certainly the better restaurants on this medieval town that has a great offer for its size, but in reality we did not want to spend much money and we know that most are expensive.

Ocupam dois edificios dos século XVI na Plaza Mayor de Pedraza e o seu interior é rústico mas simples. Logo ao subir as escadas vemos o forno a lenha onde fazem o cordeiro assado, a sua especialidade.
Quanto a menú de entradas serviam "matanza" que é feita com carne de porco, morcela de arroz e "croquetas". Já estávamos satisfeitos quando veio um prato que faltavam os "judiones", uma feijoada feita com uns feijões de dimensões astronómicas.
O prato principal era claro um cordeiro que vinha acompanhado de uma salada e por fim as sobremesas caseiras. O pudim estava óptimo.
It occupies two buildings in the sixteenth century Plaza Mayor de Pedraza and its interior is rustic but simple. Right up the stairs we see the wood oven where they roast lamb, their specialty.

The main course was lamb accompanied with a salad and finally the homemade desserts. The pudding was great.
