Em retrospectiva fomos a mais restaurantes italianos ou pizzarias em Majadahonda que a qualquer outro tipo, não ajuda o facto de termos ido a dois em pouco menos que uma semana. Primeiro o Rigatoni e agora o Capitolina, um que dizem os locais que é de "toda la vida". Muitos são habituais, vêm pela comida que mantém a qualidade de sempre e pelo tratamento que recebem, nós não pertencendo a esse grupo fomos igualmente bem recebidos.
Entre ficar dentro ou fora, preferimos aproveitar um dos primeiros verdadeiros días de Primavera para comer ao ar livre na sua agradável esplanada que encheu num abrir e fechar de olhos.
In retrospect we went to more Italian restaurants and pizzerias in Majadahonda than any other kind, does not help the fact that we have gone to two in a little less than a week. First the Rigatoni and now the Capitoline, one that the locals say it is "de toda la vida". Many are usual customers, they come for the food that always keeps the same quality and the treatment they receive, although we didn't belong to this group were equally well received.
Between being inside or outside, we prefer to enjoy one of the first real days of spring to eat outdoors in its pleasant terrace that filled in the twinkling of an eye.

Para a mesa trazem pão e com as bebidas a tradicional tapa de azeitonas. Pedimos uma provoleta de entrada e para o mais pequeno uma pizza com atum que não estava na ementa mas á Margarita podemos adicionar ingredientes. Pai e filho aprovaram a pizza.
Depois pedimos um Entrecote al Pepe Nero que estava óptimo, cozinhado ao ponto e com um molho a que chamam espanhol que estava muito bom. A Lasanha foi mesmo a desilusão, os ingredientes base eram de qualidade mas exageraram na quantidade de bechamel o que retirou sabor ao prato.
Houve espaço para uma sobremesa de morangos com mascarpone.
A conta foi pesada, não saímos com fome mas 25€ por pessoa é o que se pode esperar pagar aqui sem vinho, se comes só pizza não sai tão caro. Definitivamente, se não vais ao franchising (Tagliatella, Gino's, etc..) tudo o que há de restaurantes italianos são muito caros.
To the table they brought bread and with the drinks the traditional tapa of olives. We ordered a provoleta cheese to start and for the small one a pizza with tuna that was not on the menu but to the Margarita one can add ingredients. Father and son approved the pizza.
After we ordered a Entrecote al Pepe Nero that was great, cooked to the point and with a sauce they call Spanish that was very good. The lasagna was a disappointment, the basic ingredients were of good quality but they exaggerated in the amount of bechamel which removed flavor to the dish.
There was room for a dessert of strawberries with mascarpone.
The bill was heavy, we did not leave hungry but 25 € per person is what you can expect to pay here without wine, if you only eat pizza it comes out not so expensive. Definitely, if you're not going to fa ranchising (Tagliatella, Gino's, etc. ..) all the Italian restaurants here are very expensive.
