I must admit to not being a regular customer results difficult to understand how it works, what I ended up doing was buying a Lunch Box (€ 11.90) of which many buy to have lunch on the go or to then go up to the area with tables and eat there. The other option, as I understand is to choose from the menu (nigiris, makis, temakis, sashimi, california rolls, etc. ..) and the sushiman make them in the moment. The menu with the Lunch Box + drink + dessert costs about 16€, is not an economical option for lunch every day but the sushi is good quality and in addition to the salad it also has a box of white rice, which I thought did not add much to the menu as well as the beans.
