A Trattoria Zá-Zá está ao lado de um outro restaurante que nos tinha sido recomendado (Trattoria Mario) mas estava cheio, foi o destino e no final acreditamos que fizémos uma boa escolha. Tinha á partida um ponto a favor: a sua pitoresca esplanada, com mesas de madeira tosca e cadeiras de madeira coloridas.
The Trattoria Za-Zá is standing next to another restaurant that had been recommended (Trattoria Mario) to us but it was full, it was our destiny and in the end we believe we made a good choice. It had from the start a point in favor: its picturesque terrace with rough wooden tables and colorful wooden chairs.
Começámos pelo (já tradicional para nós) prato de antipasto com enchidos da região, queijo, pão e legumes grelhados. Estava óptimo, acho que era capaz de fazer uma refeição inteira só á base deste tipo de pratos. Pedimos também uma salada caprese e uma carne guisada com pimenta e vinho tinto.
Gostámos da simplicidade do Zá-Zá, de todos os pratos que provámos, do ambiente do restaurante e principalmente do nosso empregado, atarefado mas sempre bem disposto, simpático e conversador.
We started with the (already traditional for us) antipasto platter with cured meats, cheese, bread and grilled vegetables. It was great, I think I could have a whole meal only with this type of food. But we also ordered a caprese salad and a beef stew with pepper and red wine.
We liked the simplicity of Zá-Zá of all the dishes we tasted, the ambiance of the restaurant and especially our employee, busy but always cheerful, friendly and chatty.
