O hotel onde ficámos durante os primeiros dias da nossa estadia em Marrakech foi este, depois quando ficámos o fim de semana mudámos as malas para um Riad mais modesto. Les Jardins de la Medina são também um Riad que fica na parte sul da Medina próximo a monumentos importantes como as Tumbas de Saadien, o Palácio de Badi e o Palácio Real.
The hotel where we stayed for the first few days in Marrakech was this one, after during the weekend we packed our bags and moved to a Riad bit more modest. Les Jardins de la Medina is also a Riad which is in the southern part of the Medina near major monuments such as the Tombs of Saadien, the Badi Palace and the Royal Palace.
O charme de este Riad está nos diferentes tipos de quartos que têm, uns com terraço que dá para o jardim, outros no segundo andar também com terraço, alguns com lareira mas cada um com a sua personalidade e identidade. Além disso, todos esses quartos estão dispostos á volta de um grande jardim que tinha todos os dias gente cuidando de ele.
Tem também SPA, hammam e uma piscina exterior que ainda tive tempo de aproveitá-la e apanhar um pouco de sol. O nosso quarto tinha uma decoração moderno com alguns toques de marroquinos, a casa de banho era bastante grande e tínhamos um pátio com espreguiçadeiras.
Tomámos pequeno-almoço no hotel e tenho que ser honesta que depois de ter estado no Riad Achei que para o nível do Les Jardins podia ser melhor, não falo da variedade mas sim da qualidade, faltaram os pães típicos de Marrocos que são óptimos e estavam as baguetes, entre outras coisas. Tinham no entanto uma senhora a fazer crepes ou panquecas o que é um bom detalhe.
O trato foi excelente e a estadia quase de cinco estrelas.
The charm of this Riad is in different types of rooms that have a terrace that overlooks the garden , others also on the second floor with terrace, some with fireplace but each with their personality and identity. Moreover , all these rooms are arranged around one large garden that had everyday people taking care of him.Also has spa , hammam and an outdoor pool that still had time to enjoy it and get some sun. Our room had a modern decor with touches of Moroccan , the bathroom was quite large and had a patio with sun loungers.We took breakfast at the hotel and I have to be honest that after having been in Riyadh for the level I thought the Les Jardins could be better, do not speak of the variety but the quality , lacked the typical breads of Morocco are great and were the baguettes, among other things . Nevertheless had a lady make crepes or pancakes which is a good description.The deal was excellent and our stay almost five stars.
